Unable to login to CSPC 2.5 from console

I downloaded the SNTC 3.X Collector but I'm unable to login to the console using admin/Admin!23

I'm running this as a Virtual Machine and used the OVA file - SNTC-CSPC2.5.2.1-OVF10.ova

Log into the software appliance via connected console using the following login id/pw information: admin/Admin!23

Does it throw a specific error?

Can you post a screenshot?

Cesar, thanks for the reply.

I re-deployed the OVA and was able to login with admin/Admin!23.
