Unable to register to Smart Net Total Care portal

Hi,

After providing name, email, contract number and serial number the page showing a message

stating that Our records show that your company already has a Delegated Administrator listed below: xxxxxxxxxxx  which is completely wrong.

We will be forwarding your access request to the Delegated Administrator. Click 'Confirm' to proceed with your request.

So it will never get approved by any delegated administrator of the provided wrong company.

I have open a TAC case under number 696628046 and it completely useless.

Need some help please!!!
