Hi Community,
We have successfully collected and uploaded the information from CSCP, however, the data does not appear in the Partner Support Services Portal.
We also tried exporting the info from CSCP and manually upload it into the portal. It says that the import is successful (completed), however the data is not shown (or inventory created) even after few days.
Could you please assist?

Hello,
As a PSS partner you are entitled to open a TAC case with Cisco. This community is for providing support to SNTC customers without a Smart Assist contract.
Please go to Support Case Manager (SCM), then provide the necessary information.
