We have a new collector installed but still working on internet connectivity. In the meantime, I exported a .zip file after a collection run from the CSPC and tried uploading in in the SNTC portal, however it is not showing in the results, or even in the Upload Processing section. Is there any way to look for errors?
I also noticed the collector is missing from Administration -> All Collectors. It used to be there as shown below... any idea why it is missing now?

Hi Justin,
Thanks for helping. It turns out for the .zip file upload I had the wrong inventory selected on the portal page, so when I changed it I was able to see the upload.
As for the collector not showing, when I stopped using Safari and used Firefox I was able to see it.
