Upload stuck in processing?

Have a customer that was supposed to have a collection/upload on Sunday night and it's still not showing in Upload Processing in portal.  Can Cisco check on your end?  Will share collector ID in PM

I believe I answered my own question.  There was an issue with the DA's CCOID being associated to an incorrect instance of SNTC and that's where he downloaded the entitlement file from.  That instance was deleted at our request, so that most likely caused this.  We're going to replace that zip with a new one from correct instance.
