When I upload data in CSPC everything looks successful however I don't even see the data in the processing tab in the SNTC portal.
I tried to create a new entitlement and replaced it with my current one in CSPC but it still isn't working.
Any troubleshooting steps I should be trying?

They seem to be there now.
I guess it is just delayed. However even after upload I don't see any devices in the inventory.
Does this also take time to display?

Hi user,
Once upload is done, it takes about 24 hr to 48 hr depending on network size and other factors. Please do allow sufficient time and let me know if you are still having issue. Please private message me customer company name, collector id and inventory name if further assistance is needed.
