I am trying to do a file import of a csv file and according to the info received the file import was successful and it indicated to check the status in the upload processing report. But when I check the upload processing window the status is not being displayed in this view.
What can cause a successful upload not to be display in the upload processing report?

Hi John,
Depending on back-end traffic, it can take several hours for an upload to display in the processing queue. Please continue to monitor and if it still does not display after 24 hours, kindly update this post.

Could you please check now , all the upload processed successfully E-2-E.
Due to high load on the SNTC server it has take more time to process.
