Uploads to SmartNet are no longer showing

Found that data masking was not being reflected in the upload from yesterday morning.  Since that time, I've rerun the job and collection a few times, but none of the uploads are being reflected in the portal (screenshots attached)

Hello twylyghtcisco,

Just of additional note: please remember to allow for successful backend processing completion of each successful CSPC upload, prior to issuing another upload from your CSPC. Per the screen (1st/2nd) screen captures - (2nd) note 'JobId' 67 and the corresponding timestamp, both 'first run time' & 'last run time'; (1st) note the timestamp for the corresponding upload (for JobId 67). In looking at the 'Processing Start' time (on the SNTC portal) for this very upload (JobId 67), the start time indicates that the upload successfully entered our processing queue moments after being sent from the CSPC. In noting the 'Processing End' time, the upload job was completed from the CSPC endpoint however it had not yet completed processing the upload per our backend.

It is always best practice to allow for each upload instance to finish processing prior to issuing a subsequent upload.

Regards

Hello,

This can occur if multiple uploads are sent before the initial one has completed yet.  When this occurs the uploads will become queued and may take more time to complete processing.  There are some enhancements coming which will help to show these uploads in the "Upload Processing" report on the Portal.

Thank you,

Jarrett
