Hi -- Collector GUI hasn't been logged into in awhile now it is saying invalid credentials even when password is reset. Is there a workaround or is the only option to redeploy?

If you remember the password questions you can recover.
unfortunately every 90days this change required as per cisco policy.
Other method if VM from Console reset password.

Doing the password recovery worked, but even the new password is coming back as invalid. If we have to redeploy is there a way to extract the managed devices and credentials from the CLI?

As per i know CSPC limited access from console.
but if you have console access you can reset password, make sure admin username is case sensitive i guess.

So are you saying I can reset the GUI password from CLI or no? I've actually had this happen to a few customers. Is there an email notification that gets sent notifying of the password expiring?
