What is the difference between SNT and SSSNT?

Hello All,

I would like to know the clear difference between SNT(SmartNet) and SSSNT(Solution Support).

As far as I know, the biggest difference is that SSSNT supports 'compatibility between these models', but I don't understand what this means.

Does anyone know the specific use case?

Regards

Hello @jinsolyoon

The key difference between SNT and SSSNT in Cisco Support.

SNT offer 24/7 TAC support, hardware replacement, software updates/upgrades, and access to Cisco resources..

On the other hand, SSSNT icludes everything in SNT + extended support for cisco app software — covering troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates.
