When logging on to https://services.cisco.com/ it redirects me

When logging on to https://services.cisco.com/ it redirects me to the registration page, and when clicking on Registration it says I am already registered.

I have also registsred for SNTC and received this message on the 5th July 2024

Dear Casper:

Casper Bezuidenhout access has been granted to Cisco resources as Customer User for SNTC at "CUSTOMER NAME."

Users with this role can access most reports such as All Devices, All Contracts, and Product Alerts (except for those reports that are exclusively for administrators) in the Smart Net Total Care portal, at https://services.cisco.com/. It can take up to 24 hours for the SNTC portal to recognize the new role assignment. SNTC portal support is provided through the SNTC Online Community forum, so if after that time you are still unable to access the portal, please post your issue there: https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/4891/smart-net-total-care.

Those details were supposed to be sent in a private message.. Please go ahead and edit and remove all the specific data I got the information and you should be able to login now. I will pass the information to the other assistant that requested the information. Let me know if you can access now

I removed data and tested.

Received a new message when logging on “Document preview of Customer Attach-SNTC Banner CSPC Static pswd Issue.pdf”

Will check the CSPC username and password when back at the office on Monday.
