Our company is a distributor of Cisco and I'd like to know something related to open TAC Case with SNTC.
I would be grateful if anybody answer these question below:
1. It is possible that Reseller can open the TAC case instead of their end-user?
2. It is possible that other Reseller (who didn't sell the service at that time) can open the TAC case instead of the end-user?
I mean, A Reseller sold SNT to XYZ end-user in 01/01/24. But XYZ end-user wanted to change their reseller and asked B Reseller to manage and open TAC case. In this case, B reseller can open the case instead of XYZ end-user?
3. If number 2 is possible, could you please let me know how the B reseller open TAC case? I'd like to let them know this information.
