You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection.

Dears,

 

I want to create a new CSPC certificate from the SNTC portal, however when i login to the portal i get this message:

 

"You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access."

 

although i have valid smart services contract.

Hello,

To get your access setup for the SNTC Portal, you will need to first complete the registration which can be found here https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html .  Once completed, your access will be setup for you. 

 

Please let me know if there are any questions.
