Access to CSPC patches

Hi folks,

Due to network security restrictions I will have several CSPC's that will not be able to check for or download any patches.  Only connectivity that is permitted is outbound HTTPS via a proxy (in order to upload inventory archives).

Given that my network isn't unique and that similar restrictions will apply to many other networks, especially Tier 1 operators, and that Cisco staff have passed us patches previously for us to place on the server for them to apply via a hosted WebEx session, these patches must be available as user downloads.

Question is; where can they be found?

Hi Graham,

The patches aren't hosted anywhere publicly for download. If you have an active contract, you can open a case and they can be provided and/or applied.
