Admin and collectorlogin accounts expired, root password not working

I tried to SSH to my collector today, and none of the logins work.  admin and collectorlogin say account expired, contact system administrator.  When I try to login using root, it says invalid password.  I am using the password I documented during the install, back in December 2021.  Am i going to have to build a new server and restore from backup?

I have acknowledged the post and will help you on this issue.

For the root and collectorlogin access you can reset the passwords via admin using below commands:

#pwdreset collectorlogin 90

#pwdreset root 90 

 

Further, if you are unable to access the admin as well, then in this case you need to re-deploy the cspc again.
