Assistance identifying DA

We have a customer who is unable to login to the CSAM site, he thought he was the DA for the company. I can share details in PM.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your private message. User id is not the DA but customer admin. Only DA can have access to CSAM tool.

Please copy/paste link to google chrome and login. If issue persist, please PM me with customer CCOID and screenshot of error with customer company name.
