Change in SNTC delegate administrator

Our delegate is on long vacation.

Currently we are in deployment phase and stuck at the point.

So we want to know the procedure to add another delegate to SNTC.

If not possible to add auxiliary SNTC delegate then please let us know the process to change the delegate.

To avoid this situation usually current DA should nominate additional (backup) person as a DA.

I understand that the current DA is not available at this moment.

Can you send me the company name, CCO ID of existing DA and CCO ID of new DA?
