I have a customer that set-up as a Trial Account initially on their CSP-C before they had a portal to tie the entitlement to it. Unfortunately, after they set-up the Trial Account, they've come to realize they had accidentally made an error on the company name and at the top right of their Collector when they open it up, it is spelled wrong every time now that they login - even after tying it with an entitlement.
My question is, is there a menu or settings where they could change the Company Name of that was entered into the CSP-C? It isn't exactly a pressing issue, but it is something that they want to change for the sake of clarity.
