Cisco Collector GUI Error 404

I try to access the following cisco collector https://<Collector ip >:8001

I get the following error

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Type Status Report

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

I tried Firefox , chrome , internet explorer and opera all the same error 

yes i put https  

any more recommendation how can i solve it ?
