Hi Team
We need your help to delete a Entity from SNTC Portal, the cosumer have acces to a Portal but all the process was with other partner and other Delegate Administrator, so now they want to create all new with a different contract number, partner and Delegate Administrator.So can you help us with the step by step to delete the old acces to the SNTC Portal or well if somo cisco engineer can delete it.

Hello There,
The customer can remove their current company association from here, or the current DA can remove their access through CSAM tool.
Once that's done, they may follow Self Registration Process to get their new account on-boarded into SNTC.
For registration prerequisites and the steps, follow the on-boarding guide here.
