Error - CSAM login portal

Customer cannot login to CSAM portal

 

Find screencap attached.

 

- Login tried from different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome)

- Cleared cached content from browsers

 

Problem persists, the same error reported on screencaps ocurred in all browsers.

Thanks for the screenshot --- based on the error it looks like it may be occurring due to a local PingFederate Server settings failing. In this case, you may need to reach out to your local IT Admin team and have them look at the PF server for any issues (logs/errors).

Are you able to access other webpages which use SSO like SNTC? https://services.cisco.com/
