Hey anusha.manjrekar,
The SNMP credentials need to be set up before being able to successfully discover your devices. On the GUI this needs to be done via 'Settings' -> 'Device Credentials' -> Create a credential for each SNMP version and string necessary. The SNMP string is set in the Community String field and for SNMPv3 make sure the proper authentication info is included.
Thanks,
Justin
