Not authorized for CSAM access

Was registering a customer to install the SNTC collector and got to the CSAM step.  He's getting an error about not being authorized to access this resource.  On the previous step, it said we successfully verified that he was associated with a contract and serial #.  Previous customers have been able to immediately login to CSAM, but might there be an issue with his CCOID preventing access?

Can you please private message me customer name, CCOID, SN and contract that has been used for registration?
