Hi All,
We had a Cisco switch covered by smartnet is expired in 2017June. and did not renew it that time.
Can we renew it now starting from 2018 Jan, or must cover the lapsed time ? Cannot find any document related to this. thank you !

You do not need to back date the contract start time in this instance.
