In my opinion like many other tools. Nice idea but too many shortcomings.
Unfortunately many items which have a vaild smartnet total care contract show up as "not covered". I guess it's because the PID in CCW-R does not match with the one in the portal. Unfortunately I didn't get any help for months in the community.
Reports could be useful. For contract management as mentioned the portal is useless.
If someone plans to use the tool for contract management you should think of buying the "Smart Assist service" as support in the community is as well pretty poor. I opened many questions without getting feedback for months.
