What happen if DNA license expires ?

We have SDA which includes DNAC servers plus ISE integration

The license is DNA premier which includes ISE license

What will happen if the DNA license expires ? Is this will affect the DNAC GUI as to manage devices, configure policies, or access analytics and monitoring tools ?

Thanks

As per i know nothing happens - you have compliance issue.

DNAC uses smart license.

Is this same expiry on end devices  also  ?

You mentioned ISE integration, so is the ISE License also got expired ?

If the switches use Network Essential DNA Licensing.jpg

Hope the above comparison will clear any doubts about the impact of having different licenses.

Regards,

Mir Hafeez Ali

The screen shot is showing that the switches will use Network Advantage license, but I think it won't provide GUI support by DNA Center as it requires DNA license

So the DNA will lose monitoring and controlling the switches or it won't be affected

So do you think the DNA license is right to use not enforcement license ?

Thanks

@Hythim Ali El Hadad - Do you have any update for this case ?

Any impact to all network SDA, Fabric, Boder Notd, Edge Node, Client ....? we have been operating SDA also & next year DNA licenses will be expired, renewal cost seem to be high, it should be considered in advance

Thanks for sharing

Technically not have any effect if the DNAC License over. DNA Network Advantage required for the SDA to work, So you need to get renew, or roleback to tradtional way with out SD Access. but as mentioned all the functionality stop working. you only have any perpertual license purchased along with devices will be there.
