Always 100% CPU SG350XG-2F10

My switch always consumes 100% CPU.

I see some-one else had a problem alike, I provided my own debug data in the attachment.

I can't find the source. There are 2 switches in stack, the amount of traffic isn't high and the CPU is always consuming 100%, nog even spiking or something. It's just like there's a bitcoin miner there ;).

Only thing I found is that the 2 stack-cables (2x SPF) are always flickering at high frequency. I don't know whether it's normal or this is the cause. I don't know where to look at to find this.

Other (but didn't provide me with solution I'm afraid) https://community.cisco.com/t5/small-business-switches/sg-500-high-cpu-utilization/td-p/2289800

I attachment debug-data (ssh cli) and my config (below the debug data).

Please let me know if I can check more details. Switches are in production.

Have upgrade firmware to latest, reboot, and tried modifying the connection settings, but nothing seems to fix this issue all of a sudden.
