If the device connected to RV (like PC)

the PC should get IP from DHCP, then you can use GUI to connect to RV for administration.

if you are not getting IP from  RV then you see ipconfig /all (have 169.x.x) that means you not for the IP.

before start GUI, make sure you have right IP and you able to ping RV device.

May be something wrong, try adding static IP to PC and test, or you may need to reset to factory RV and start over again/.

if this brand new yes, if this was already configured, you should get DHCP IP.

If you do not have any information, then factory reset will help you re-configuring the IP.

Thank you very much. I have done a Factory Reset already. I'm new to working with this device. I'm more familiar with FortiNet and Meraki. Does this devise have a preconfigure IP address

I tried you solution but had no success. The problem occured because we moved from on location to a new one and the rv349 sat without power for more than a week until this project was based on to me because the employee that handled the network left the company. I'm mostly the hardware guy, break and fix assign active directory, do the back up and check the health status of the equipment. I have enclosed some attachments that may help out
