CBS220-48T-4G SFP ports dual-purpose?

Dear all
I would like to buy some CISCO switches of the type CBS220-48T-4G 52 Port.
This switch does have 4 SFP ports.
What I couldn't find out is if the 4 SFP ports are dual-purpose ports, which would allow me to connect clients to the SFP ports or if the SFP ports can be used for uplink only.
In the manual and datasheet I couldn't find my answer.
Does anyone have such a switch and does have the answer?

you can use for uplink also you can use for end device connectivity if required to use.
