CBS350-24P-4X 24-Port Gigabit PoE-sfp+ with 3rd party Layer 2 switch

my CBS350-24P-4X 24-Port Gigabit PoE swich SFP+ Port not communicating With 3rd party layer 2 swithes 

Example : INTER FACE 28 (Ciscos SFP+ module ) mode -Access

3rd paty swich interface 26 (Ciscos SFP+ module ) mode -Access

Cisco  CBS350 to Cisco  CBS350 Communicating perfectly & 3rd party ( Ruijie ) to 3rd party SFP + also Communicating perfectly 

both swiches are in defult VLAN - any sugetion ?

what SFP module you using, is both the side same SFP Module, ?

yes both are the same Cisco module - P/N- number 10-2415-03

is the 3rd party recognise that SFP ? what is 3rd part model switch ?

i try with Dlink & Ruiji swiches ,both are are recognise  cisco sfp- 

if i connect dlink with Ruiji with same  Cisco SFP - wil work 

cisco with Dlink or Ruiji with salme SFP -no connectivty 

cisco with cisco same SFP with same port work perfectly - no Errdisable meeages in Cisco swicthes ,simpliy not commucatig, 

i disable BPDU - LLDP -SMART port- in cisco Sw

as per the information - there may be some computable issues as per the test.

Can you provide a full model of DELL or other vendor switches, let me look at what DLIK can support 

also, give us the information on how far each device. what fiber patch you using OM1/2/3/4 ?

L2 third Prty Switches - RUIJIE - RG-ES226GC-P 

OM3 -1 METER PACH CABLES - Switches installed next to the Cisico swich in same Cabin
