Hi

My switch is set to english, but if I havent logged it to it for a couple of days, sometime just a few hours, the loginscreen is Japanese or chinese, i then have to choose english again. Is this normal, is there a way to choose English as default language?

I cant seem to find an option like this in the GUI

Thanks

when you logged in the first time it asks you to change the language however you should find a language drop-down box that can change it.

Also, check your browser language as well as time it creates an issue. Select the browser language manual as you want.

snap is attached if you make help for you..

Thanks,
Jitendra

Oh, I know that...but, no matter how many times I choose english, it still goes back to Chinese or Japanese after a while

And you have already tried factory resetting the switch? If you've found a matching bug, your best bet is to reach out to TAC.
