Cisco SG300-28 and Zyxel NSA325 NAS - Unable to access files on the NAS

Hi,

I just replaced a dumb switch on my network with a Cisco SG300-28 switch.  I got the switch configured pretty standard with IGMP snooping turned on.  Port 1 of the switch is connected to my router.  The Zyxel NSA325 NAS is connected to the router directly.  Now I can't access any of the folders on the NSA.  I can see it, but can't see any the files.

Any idea what needs to be configured on the Cisco to make this work?

Hi,

If you disable IGMP snooping is it working?

By default multicast is replicated on all the ports on the same broadcast domain so with default configuration of the switch you should be able to get multicast working with no issue. It may not be the most optimized setup as network can get congested  but as troubleshooting step is pretty much desired.
