Bonjour,
J'essaye de préparer une présentation sur les switch SMB Cisco.
Est ce que vous pouvez m'indiquer la différence au niveau des performances entre les switch série 200, 300, 500 et SFE/SGE.
Un tableau récapitulatif sera très utile.
Merci.

Hello,
I try to prepare a presentation on Cisco SMB switch.
Can any one tell me the difference in performance between switch series 200, 300, 500 and SFE / SGE.
A summary table is very useful.
Thank you.

Hello Anis

SGE2XXX
Some of the differences-
SG200 is a layer 2 switch only. It has no console or CLI unless you buy a SG200E model. The POE is supply on only 1/2 of the ports. The device does not support any advanced security features such as ACL or port security.
SG300 is a layer 2 / layer 3 switch, it supports a CLI, has a console access, has advanced security features such as port security and ACL. POE is supplied on all ports
SG500 is a layer 2 / layer 3 switch, this is a stackable switch. The SG500 has 5 gig links. The SG500X has 10 gig links. This device has all features of the SX300 + stacking capability. SG500X also supports VRRP while NON-X does not.
SGE2XXX is a layer 2 / layer 3 device. This device supports stacking. This device does not support cdp, lldp, macro, auto voice vlan. These products are linksys carry over and likely will be eos/eol. Device has a console connection but does not have a supported CLI (I personally don't recommend this unit to anyone).
