Hi,
I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but changing the device IP and native VLAN has become more difficult.
There is no comprehensive, detailed documentation on either of these operations in the devices support portal.
I've looked everywhere, and even many TAC team members are tripped up as to how to resolve this issue. I have also seen users' questions without definitive resolution on many forums.
Given the widespread use of these switches in businesses of all sizes, it would be great if Cisco could add some documentation to the support library. Even better, a wizard could be added to the switch getting started page in the web GUI to make this process a breeze.
Someone from Cisco could advise on future plans to address these common configurations issues.
Please add your thoughts, positive or negative, to the above.
Regards,
AbbyDoc

@marce1000 yes, I watched the video before There are even gaps in the video and the emulators do not help in configuring.
What we need is for Cisco to provide detailed documentation or/and a wizard that makes this easy to configure. That should not be too difficult to ask for.
Here is an example just from a few days ago from another user

- Then you may need to press TAC further : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-small-business-support-center-contacts.html
