DPC3939B Uplinked to SF200-48

Currently have a Comcast Cisco DPC3939B uplinked to GE1 on a SF200-48 switch from port 1 on the Comcast Cisco Gateway. I have seen periodic slowness when accessing the Internet through the DPC3939B. We have also seen where systems connected to the SF200-48 are not showing as connected within the DPC3939B, but are pulling IP from the DPC3939B correctly. Any possible configuration changes to make this flow a little better.

The first thing I would check on the SF200-48 is the firmware and boot code. Usually when there are weird issues like this through one of these devices it just needs a firmware upgrade. You will have to use a tftp server to upgrade your boot code. Ensure when you upgrade these devices that you step the firmware upgrade or it will not take. You will need to go to 1.3.5.58 firmware and then upgrade the boot code to 1.3.5.06 via the tftp server. If you do not have a tftp server, I would suggest downloading tftpd32. The link at the top is where you can download the firmware. After downloading those then you can go to the latest at 1.4.0.88.
