Deploying ESW switches at the Access layer is a fitting deployment. Make sure your trunks are 802.1q. We deploy these switches in our lab environment and have had no complaints. You may wish to use CoS or DSCP to qualify your voice traffic to ensure timely delivery.

Actually we have a enquiry regarding a hotel project. But they are not ready for investing more in to this project.Because we have to beat extreme, alcatel so and so brands.
but i dont know how is the performance of these switches in a production network.
Have u tested it before?
how is the performance.
Etherchannel option is availbale for this switches. Can normal SFP be used for these switches

Performance numbers are pretty much wire rate based on industry standard tests. Check table 1 at link below
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps10143/data_sheet_c78-521740.pdf
Not sure what you mean by normal SFP - for compatible SFPs check table 2 at the data sheet above. The ESW 500 switch does support Etherchannel (LAG) - check chapter 18 on admin guide (Pg 397)
