Fatal Error on SG500X

We have a fatal error on a SG500X unit.

Any ideas on what to do?

Hi

Does not seem to be exactly the same, you have other error descriptions.

It was running fine, until we changed these things:

- Updated from 1.3.0.59 to 1.3.0.62

- Added 2x 10 GBit devices

And now, the webinterface seems to have crashed, and we're not able to remotely manage it. Seems like I have to drive to the Datacenter...

I will revert to 1.3.0.59 and see if it makes any difference.

Can you please contact Cisco SBSC and open a service request? One of our Engineers will be able to gather required forensics and find the root cause for this behavior.
