Hi Guys

i am trying to config my SG200-50, new interface for my, so i recently start and i noticed there´s no CLI, and no telnet either thats a huge trouble for mi , i not a CCNA (i am kind a dummie with this), but that´s the way I Config my switches, the other 2 switches are one Catalyst 2960G and the switch-core L3 is a Catalyst 3750 and have no trouble with them

so i need help, can some of you help mi with the correct way to do trunking please? point me to a manual or some please !

is it LAG instead trunk? and if is LAG, how to LAG correctly?, the question is because the port in the 3750 is in trunk mode or dynamic desirable?

im asuming there is no VTP mode here, so if i do the trunk conection corretly, can the SG200-50 recognice all the config in the VTP master catalyst 3750 ? or i need config all the vlans again ?

thanks in advance

PD: Youtube didnt help, jejejej

Hi,

this is a simple Web-based management and It can support LACP (Port Grouping) but not to VTP.

but if its posible i really appreciate some one could tell me how or apoint me to a "how to" manual, the web interface its not that obvius for me

thanks for all

I dont want to be rude, sorry if i am, but i really really need help

Hi,

Login in Web-based management interface of the switch and followup following steps:

To configure VLANs:
1.   If required, change the default VLAN by using the Configuring Default VLAN Settings section.
2.   Create the required VLANs by using the Creating VLANs section.
3.   Set the desired VLAN-related configuration for ports and enable QinQ on an interface using the Configuring VLAN Interface Settings section.
4.   Assign interfaces to VLANs by using the Configuring Port to VLAN section or the Configuring VLAN Membership section.
5.   View the current VLAN port membership for all the interfaces in the Configuring VLAN Membership section.

For more details visit at Administrator guide (Page 185.). https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbss/sf20x_sg20x/administration_guide/78-21139.pdf

The default IP address (If you don't have any DHCP or manual assigned): 192.168.1.254/24. The SSH and telnet are disabled from the Cisco but if you need than can cable after login in the web-based management console with followup "TCP-IP-Servers" menu.

Sorry for any late response, but I had a lot of work (thank God)

ok, about the connection through SSH, I noticed that it is not possible, ok, done with that problem. thanks for that

So, first question, should I set this publication in the final state? and do my next question in another post?

next topic; What I really need is to connect the switch SG200-50 to work with all the vlans that I already have, I do not want to recreate them in this switch, so I am trying to connect the port in a trunk interface from my switch. 3750 catalyst

in the port on the 3750 side is done, the interface is in trunk mode, but on the SG200 side I can not put the interface in trunk mode, so how can I do the correct configuration?

For Deepak, thanks for trying to help, but you're not doing it at all, I do not want to be rude, but I'm sorry.

I just need someone to say "yes, it is possible to do SSH and trunking with this method, etc., etc." or maybe someone could say "it's not possible to do SSH or you cannot do trunking, do not waste your time, etc."

Remember that I am not good with this brand, I need more guided help!

thanks in advance
