For past 2-3 weeks we are facing issues with our IP PBX as inbound & outbound calls are distorted, noisy, calls getting disconnected every 2-3 minutes. These issues occur randomly within a week and not more than 30 days. Issue started occurring on both Inbound (extension to extension call) and outbound calls
FXS & FXO (trunks, analog phones) are connected to the same switch as of IP PBX Server. For testing, we have connected one 7960 to the same switch in order to be confirm if the issue lies with Switch or at IP PBX end.
Need help in diagnosing the real cause of the issue
