Issues ressetting a SG250

I am having issues resetting a SG250 back to factory settings. I hold the reset button for long enough, and the switch goes back to factory settings for 10 seconds, and i can ping its default IP address, but then suddenly it seems to go back to its current configuration and the system light stops flashing.

Does anyone have any experience working around this issue?

not that we aware any users having same issue - make sure you remove all the cables and do the reset :
