Need flush rack mount bracket for Business 250 Smart Switch

I just purchased a Cisco CBS250-24P-4G 24 Port Smart Switch with the intention to mount it in a rack. The unit came with a mounting kit but the brackets force the switch to stick out more than an inch.

Are there brackets that enable a flush mount so the unit will be flush with the front of the rack and align with the other components in the rack? If yes, how do I procure such brackets?

May be when i was reviewed - the image may have missed or not looked i guess. (cant remember)

I can view the picture now - i understand what you saying - have you got the right racking kit. ?

I ordered the switch from B&H and I used the mounting kit that came with the switch. If you look at attached image from switch manual you will see the bracket is designed to protrude. That's why I was posted and asked if there is a flush mount bracket.

I called Cisco support but they were no help and just directed me to the Cisco Community. The Cicso support experience has been very disappointing.

yes, that is what I mean to say, maybe it misleading what my reply looks like. that is the reason the original reply mentioned you may do custom-made if that is not what you looking to expect. cisco supply standard.

Cisco should answer your question.

Most of the racks I work with ritel have with door, so it's not much different to us.

We are so sorry to hear about your poor experience with the Cisco Support TAC. They would have you directed to Cisco Presales to handle your query. 

Please note there are new flush brackets planned to be ordered separately which will fit CBS250 switches:

RCKMNT-CMPCT-1K= and RCKMNT-1RU-1K=. 

These will be released beginning of CY 2023.

I was in the same boat. I could not find a flush mount for my SBS250-16T anywhere in the US, I ended up finding one in Switzerland.  It was $46 plus another $30 for shipping, but it was worth it.  It was delivered in about a week (US east coast).  Below is a link to the website, if you don't see the exact one you are looking for, email them, their address is at the bottom of the page.
