POE Switch query

Dear Team,

SG-350-28P Switch POE budget is 195W for 24 ports and 4 ports showing 60W means what.

As per datasheet 

SG350-28P

195W

24 (4 support 60W PoE)

This means I will use 195Watt on 24 Ports, 4 port support maximum 60 W or 60WX 4

Maximum power of 60W is delivered to any of the 60W PoE ports, and maximum power of 30W is delivered to any of the other RJ45 network ports, until the PoE budget for the switch is reached. ( 60W X 4)
