Setting Auto baud for SG-500-28

Hi,

I will like to set auto baud for the SG500. By default its 115200bps.

I had tried the following methods:

1) switch xxxxx (config)# line console

    switch xxxxx (config-line)# autobaud

  --------------------> my terminal hangs and print out rubbish

2) Using http

    Administrator ->Console setting ( i cannot find the link with console setting)

Hope anyone will be able to give me his/her advise.

Hi Regina, on the GUI it is admin -> console settings.

The switch will initially use 115200 to show bootup information therefore the autobaud doesn't work through the boot process.

Once the switch is fully booted up, connect the console then you need to hit the enter key twice to "detect" the autobaud.
