What is 192.168.4.36 ?

is that a workstation, a windows server, or linux box?

is NTP SERVER running on that box?

you could try pointing to one of these servers

https://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/NTPPoolServers

sntp server pool.ntp.org

or point it to the same server your computer is pointing to.

Hi Daniel,

The192.168.4.36  is a the NTP server which my computer is pointing to.

Could an ACL block the time from Synchronzing to the switch?

Cisco has a very useful tool called GuideMe, is made for small business products, and your device is in this category, you can use this address for accessing the tool:  http://sbkb.cisco.com/CiscoSB/Loginr.aspx?alt1=&pid=4&eroute=Super , is very easy to use, just complete the 3  spaces on this way:

Select a category: (Select the device type on request), e.g. Switch

Enter model: (Type the model on request), e.g. SG500

Question: (Type what  you want to know  about it), e.g. SNTP

And it'll be showing all the information you need about what you wrote.
