SF300 to Cisco 2912 STP questions

We purchased a SF300. Topology as follows

 

Cisco 2921 (voice gateway) --->SF300 ---> Juniper SRX

 

I cannot seem to get the Spanning tree on the SF300 and the Cisco 2921 to recognize each other.  I have found posts where it's stated to put the SF300 into MST mode to be compatible with the RSPTV+ on the Cisco 2921.  Configs as follows:

As of now, i am not seeing any negative impacts to the network.  Its activity lights on my switch lighting in unison that is causing me to think this is a problem.  Any ideas on how to determine if this is normal behavior or anything else i can check.

It appears to be working using MST on the SF300 to the cisco 2921 using PVST.  I don't see any loops etc.  I haven't seen any degradation in the network. My CPU values are:

 

SF300#show cpu utilization
CPU utilization service is on.
