Hi Pieter, this may indicate the software became corrupt. Please try to hold the reset button in for 35 seconds. If this does not fix it, you should call the small business support for a replacement.

Hi Pieter, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community. I have a couple of questions for you, does the factory reset fixed your issue? Could you please share to us some details such as last firmware you were running and I did you change anything before this issue appear?

Thank you for your information,

Greetings,

Luis Arias.

Hello,

The factory reset does not help. I can not access the switch with my PC.

The last working firmware was 1.0.5.1.

I already have the reset button pressed for 1 minute, but nothing works.

The only thing the switch does is flash all the LEDs.

Greetings

Pieter

Hi

I think the following link will be helpful to upgrade and after upgrading the firmware, reboot the switch to factory default settings. I tried and I was successful, so I though it would be helpful to you.

The following link will be useful while upgrading :

Hi,

I can not log in to my switch.

It has no ip address.

So a new firmware upgrade I can not run.

Greetings

Pieter
