Hi,
I have a problem with all the POE outputs of the indicated switch, until before the firmware update, they worked perfectly.. after the update and restart of the switch they worked.
About 3 hours after the firmware update ( version 1.4.11.5 ) they stopped working.
The switch only works on all ports but without poe.
We tried to do a reboot and factory reset but without success.
What can be done to try to identify the problem? The ports from management appear to be active.

Try adjust any settings to be port of that help you :
Try to role back to the known good version and test to restore the working setup. or raise an SMB TAC case to investigate for you.

thanks you for fast reply...
The problem is very similar to that of the link you recommended.
I tried to reload the old firmware but without success, No PoE errors in the switch log.
I can't open a support ticket because I don't have a support contract. In the profile the "open new case" button is disabled.
