Hello
SG300-10 does not show information about plugged SFP (SFP is not Cisco SB nor "true" Cisco one) -> description, serial number, PID, VID.
It does however detect some DOM information (temperature, voltage, current).
I did not try this with original Cisco SB SFPs (MFExx1 or MGBxx1) or "true" Cisco one like GLC-LH, SFP-GE or similar.
Any chance that in some new firmware (now running 1.4.1.3) SG will be able to read this info from non-original SFP-s?
Cisco switches like 2960, ME3400, 7600 FE/GE cards read that info with no problem...

Web GUI, CLI or both? I recall hearing a similar issue with web GUI here or another forum, but can't recall where now. You could also try SBSC support: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-small-business-support-center-contacts.html

Here is the similar post I was thinking of: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12626361/sg220-switches-compatibility-mgbsx1
So in your case it is working, just not showing in admin, right?
