Hello,
On our PoE switch (SG300-52P), for the past six months or so, it seems people are randomly loosing internet via Ethernet
We are supposed to have ports set to "Trunk 10UP, 20T" Port Vlan Membership, however it seems to always reset to "1UP, 20T" or sometimes other numbers.
After making the changes under "Port to Vlan" so that it shows "10UP, 20T" again, I make sure to save it. Here is what the save window settings shows. Is it supposed to be set differently? I thought it would save and not revert back but it keeps reverting back on its own.
Help would be appreciated.
Please and thanks,
Léo

Andrew, every configuration could be very specific. I think it will be good to open a case with Cisco Technical Support. Here is the contact of the technical support:

Hi,
My name is Iliya Gatsev from Cisco Technical Support Team.
I think it would be best if you could call our support line and open a support ticket, so we can do a WebEx remote session and check the configuration.

Can I ask what was the solution as I have the exact same problem and it has been going two years now. It has gotten to the point where the replacement switches for this site will not be Cisco as the customer is worried about similar problems occurring.

I had the same problem, fixed by disabling Auto Smartport on the problem port.
