I have not so advanced but also not used sg350-28p cisco switch. Our college has obtained it as a donation from a sponsor.
It was unpacked and looks like completely not used and new device. The switch was switched on with serial blue cable and putty terminal. But the following message with FATAL ERROR has appeared cyclically during initial booting. Endless.
Does anybody from cisco community could advise me what to do? Has sg350-28p linux based os any possibility to interrupt the booting and repair linux os based files?
